Meal Prep By Leslie was created two years ago when I started my fitness journey to become a healthier me. I realized while loosing weight that working out was only 20% of the change and my eating habits were 80%. I began to buckle down on meal prepping and within a year I lost over 80 lbs. It became a passion when I saw I could help others on the same journey and provide them the service that I wish I had on my meal prep journey. Welcome to Meal prep By Leslie.

Meal Prep By Leslie takes the health and safety of all members of our community and employees seriously. All deliveries will now be "no-contact".
PLEASE specify in the special instructions on the checkout page how you would want your meals broken down. (i.e. You Ordered 10 Meals you want 5 salmon and 5 turkey meatballs based on the menu)

Fit Snack Pack - Almonds, Cheese, Boiled Egg
Power Snack Pack - Greek Yogurt (Chia Seeds Optional), Granola, and Fruit
Lean Snack Pack- Veggies and Hummus or Clean Ranch
Chicken Caesar Wrap- (Snack size. Half) Whole Wheat tortilla
How Our Service Works
If you are interested in Meal Prep By Leslie we have several options for you. You choose your service based on the number of meals and snacks you want to receive within the following week. You must place your orders by Friday at 11:59p and all orders will be available for pickup or delivery on Sunday. New Orders can begin to be placed on Monday morning.
